Ryan and Lyne's Wedding (con't)
The next couple of pictures are from the late night part of the reception. John thought he was funny taking pictures of people in a bad way, so the following two are my paybacks, because there is no telling what kind of pictures there are out there of me. The picture of the drinks is significant because our cousin, Dan (Boatshoes), bought these drinks for me and Jennifer and they are the first drinks he has ever bought for us in all our lives! He is known for his money tight ways. The last two pictures are of our late night walk back to the hotel. My brother and sister had me laughing in stitches! They turned 39 at the stroke of midnight on the 21st. So Happy Birthday twins!!!!

Uncle Neil and Filson

Welcome to the family!

Here are some great shots of Uncle Neil and Filson, the little guy had such a big time that he didn't make it through the reception. Uncle Neil enjoyed getting to snuggle with him. Riley was cold, as always, so she wore her Daddy's jacket and warmed her hands over the candles on the table.

The Rehearsal Dinner was at a restaurant called Marco Polo's, the food was great. Everybody particularly loved the rum cake! The wedding was the next day at 3:30 p.m.. Lyne looked beautiful and happy. She and Ryan put a lot of thought into the day. I was amazed by the amount of details that she put into to making everyone feel special and thought of. She had buckets for the kids full of treats, we were all assigned to tables that were named after a memory that they had of us. We drank, ate, and partied into the wee hours of the night.

We went into Washington DC with the Clarks on Friday. The boys loved riding the Metro. We went to the Spy Museum, unfortunately, only Garrett, Holden, James, and Neil really enjoyed it. We walked to see the Washington Monument and the Capitol Building. James and Neil wanted to see more and explore more museums, but since we were there for a family wedding, Jenn and Kim won out and went to spend time with our family. We promise to return to DC when the kids are older and explore all the great sights it has to offer.
Ryan and Lyne's Wedding
This past weekend my youngest cousin, Ryan, got married in Northern Virginia. We left on Thursday and returned late last night. The wedding was beautiful and we all had a fabulous time! I am going to post a bunch of pictures from this weekend so everyone can see how fun it was.
